Jump on the roof of the building and connect one of the two motion detector doors with the flap above them. When the flap opens, wait for a good moment so you can take out the Normal Guard while you're falling down.

Jump down and connect both of the Circuit Boxes. Then connect the green motion detector door with the elevator's activation panel in the small room on the center (like on the picture above), and the violet sound sensor with the flap leading to the same room. Go through the motion detection door, then quickly climb up and jump in the small room through the flap. Hack the main computer.

Now connect the sound sensor in that room with the violet closed door on the bottom (like on the picture above). Go into the elevator, use it to go down and back up in order to activate the sound sensor. Then ride down again and take the laptop located on that floor. Connect the sound sensor with the flap again (just like before), use the elevator to go up and jump out through the flap. Then jump to the highest floor, open the flap and jump out through it. After that head to the exit.
