You need to get to the building on the right, but first you have to cut off the line of sight of the three Enforcers in the building on the left. Connect the motion detector door with the opened door on the second floor (like on the picture above) and wait until it closes, then disconnect them from each other.

Now connect the same motion detection door with the light switch on the third floor (3), wait until the light goes off and then disconnect the light switch from the lamp (2), so the Enforcer won't be able to turn the light back on. Do the same thing on the next floor.

Now jump on the floor with the light on located in the building on the right and pick up a note from there. After that, jump down on the right side of that building.

Jump to the next building and connect the light switch on the first floor with the closed exit door. Open the door by pressing the light switch and head to the exit.
