Attention! You will need a Resolver for this mission.

In Crosslink Mode connect the motion detection door with the closed door on the first floor. Wait until the Normal Guard goes through them and opens the door for you, and then disconnect them from each other. Use the staircase to get on the floor above and take out the Normal Guard inside. Then go back on the previous floor and activate the green Circuit Box.

Move down one more floor and connect the light switch with the elevator's activation panel (1) and the sound sensor with the closed door (2). Press the light switch and move to the next room, then activate the blue Circuit Box.

Now connect another light switch with the elevator's activation panel located on the floor with the Enforcer (1), and then the sound sensor on the same floor with the activation panel of the door on the floor above (2).

Now you have to opened the door located on the highest floor and get to the main computer (2). Do that by connecting the light switch with that door (1) and press it. Use the staircase to get on the highest floor and hack the main computer.

Use the elevator to get on the floor below. Get out of it and immediately point the Resolver on the Enforcer, this will stop him from firing. Shoot him. You will notice that after the shot a 30 second timer will show up. Quickly activate the yellow Circuit Box and connect the light switch with the activation panel of the locked door on the right. Press the light switch and run to the exit.
