Start by jumping on the second floor where the blue Circuit Box is located and activate it. Then open the door by connecting its activation panel with the motion detector door on the first floor. Wait until the Normal Guard goes through them and disconnect them afterwards.

Now connect the light switch (1) with the activation panel of the door on the floor above and do the same with the light switch (2) by connecting it to the door on the right. Use the elevator located next to you and go to the lower floor. You will notice that the Enforcer will turn towards you but he won't get out of the room. You have to get rid of him in order to get to the yellow Circuit Box. Get out of the elevator and press the light switch (3), and then quickly disconnect it from the lamp. That way the Enforcer won't notice you after he comes out so you can jump above him and then activate the yellow Circuit Box. Do that and go back to the elevator, and then go to the lowest floor. Get rid of the Normal Guard there.

Move to the right side of the floor and connect both of the light switches with both of the activation panels (like on the picture above), and then press them both. Use the staircase to get on the floor above and pick up a laptop. Use the staircase again to get on the higher floor. Take out the Normal Guard and go up once again.

Connect the light switch with the activation panel of the blue door (1) and the second light switch with the other activation panel of the yellow door (2) and press them both. Get to the right side of the floor and hack the main computer. Go back, use the staircases to get on the lowest floor, go out through the door that you've opened earlier and head to the exit.
