Get inside the building through the open door and jump on the back of the Normal Guard.

Then activate the Circuit Box and connect the light switch with the door on the floor above, press the light switch and use the staircase to move up.

Now you need to disconnect the light switch and a lamp located in a room with the Normal Guard, and then connect the light switch in a room that you've just opened with the same lamp, and then press the light switch. When the Normal Guard begins to walk around the room, connect the same light switch with the door that opens the room with the Normal Guard. Attention! He will not see you in the darkness even when you're standing in front of him, but you can't jump on him from the front. Therefore jump on one of the walls and wait until his back is facing you, and then jump on him. After you've done that, activate the next Circuit Box.

 

In order to open the last closed door, you need to connect it with the camera that is located outside. Head back on the lowest floor, connect one of the two light switches with the door leading outside and the press the light switch. Activate the camera by going in its line of sight, then go back up, hack the main computer and head to the exit.
