Nolani Academy

None of Ascalon's academies of magic remain intact after Searing. In its prime, the academy in Nolani was known all across Tyria as one of the most prestigious schools of magic on the entire continent. Ambassadors from Orr and Kryta often made special arrangements to have their children study here, even though they were not of Ascalon decent.

You can enter this map by selecting ""Enter Mission"" in Nolani Academy location.

Mission: Return Prince Rurik south of the Wall to safety. Sneak out and ambush the Charr forces besieging the academy. Return to the Nolani Academy to rendezvous with the prince. Defend Prince Rurik on the way back to the capital city of Rin. ADDED: Take Stormcaller to Horn Hill. Reward: 1000 xp, 1 Skill Point.

*BONUS* Return the Tome of the Fallen. Reward: 1000 xp.

After complete this Mission you gain access to Yak's Bend location.

Prince Rurik (he is joining party as allies but not following yet)

NOTE: Do not use Lever to open Main Gate of Academy. Secret path out of Academy in located at NE corner of the Wall.

3 Lost Soldiers (They can be very helpful, especially with Bonus).

05 Tome Pedestal

Old Ascalon Spirit (Speak to him to complete Bonus).

06 Gate

Will opens when you complete main mission objective (Kill all monsters near gate).

07 City of Rin

Escort Prince Rurik to this point and kill Bonfaaz Burntfur.

After conversation with King you venture to Yak's Bend location.
