Ruins of Surmia
Just outside of the Great Northern Wall lie the ruins of a once great city. This was Surmia, one of the kingdom's cultural and economic centers. Built in a times of great optimism, the founders laughed at any who criticized the wisdom of placing a city outside the protection of the Wall.

You can enter this map by selecting ""Enter Mission"" in Ruins of Surmia location.
Mission: Rescue the soldiers taken prisoner by the Charr. Safeguard Prince Rurik's life. Free all the Ascalon captives. Get to the obelisk inside the ruined academy. ADDED: Cross the ravine and open the drawbridge for Rurik and Erol. Reward: 1000 xp, 1 Skill Points.
*BONUS* Extinguish the Flame Temple by defeating the Flame Keepers. Reward: 1000 xp.
After complete this Mission you gain access to Nolani Academy location.

TIP: Flame Keepers are in valley closed by two wooden doors. You need to follow group of Ember Bearers until they open the door or you won't be able to complete bonus quest.

Here you need to keep killing all incoming Charrs until Prince Rurik opens portal to Nolani Accademy.
