Across the Realms is a favor in God of War Ragnarok. Our tips will lead you to all 4 ingredients needed to make the Meal of Comfort.

As you traverse Midgard in GoW Ragnarok, you will come across the Eternal Campfire region, where you can begin the Across the Realms favor. Here you will learn where to find Nordic Gourd, Elven Cap, Prongfruit and Bantam Melon.

Unlocking the favor
Across the Realms favor will be unlocked during The Word of Fate, the the 9th main quest. When exploring Midgard together with Freya, head to the northeastern part of the realm.
In the Eternal Campfire region, you will find a Recipe Book. Find the 4 ingredients needed to recreate the recipe to complete the task.
The book features a heart symbol, which you may have already encountered while traversing the game world. The ingredients for the recipe are near these symbols. In the description of the favor, you will find information about the ingredients and the regions they come from.
Find the Nordic Gourd in Midgard
You will find the first ingredient by leaving the Eternal Campfire in Midgard. Nordic Gourd will lie in the snow, near the heart painted on the rock.
Find the Elven Cap in Alfheim
Elven Cap is located in the Forbidden Sands in Alfheim. Go under the collapsed column in the western part of this region - the ingredient will lie near the Nornir Chest.
Find the Prongfruit in Svartalfheim
You'll find the Prongfruit at the Forge in Svartalfheim. The fruit is buried near the Nornir Chest.
Find the Bantam Melon in Vanaheim
The final ingredient, Bantam Melon, will be in the Sinkholes in Vanaheim. To get there you will first have to complete the favors Scent of Survival and Return of the River.
The area where the Bantam Melon is located is only accessible at night. If it's day in Vanaheim, use the nearest Celestial Altar and change the time of day.
Jump into the tunnel next to the Mystic Gateway in the Sinkholes and walk along the path. When you come out on the other side, turn right and raise the gate.
Return to the Mystic Gateway and get in the boat. Sail along the river and get off at the boat dock near the Berserker Gravestone. Turn left and open the gate located at the end of the road.
You can find Bantam Melon in the eastern part of the Sinkholes.
Return to the campsite on the Lake of Nine
After getting 4 ingredients, return to the Eternal Campfire in Midgard and cook a meal. The Meal of Comfort will permanently increase all of Kratos' stats by 5.
