In Vanaheim, one of the realms in God of War Ragnarok, you can do a side quest called Cure for the Dead. The walkthrough explains where Mari's phantom is and how to get 3 ingredients in the ruins of the Pilgrim's Landing region.

Initiating the task
Reach the Pilgrim's Landing region in Vanaheim by boat - this is the western part of the main area of this realm.
After mooring your boat at the dock, defeat the monsters. After that, a ghost of Mari will appear - talk to her.
Find the items the spirit seeks
You will receive a task from Mari to obtain 3 ingredients. For this you need to explore the ruins to the east of where the quest begins.
You must lower the drawbridge. On the left, order your companion to create a seal on the torch. This will set the vines on fire and expose the left shield - throw your axe at it. As for the right shield , you can use Leviathan right away.
In the first part of the ruins, you will find 2 ingredients - you can only take them after defeating all the enemies in the area.
Reaching the last ingredient requires unlocking the passage to the rest of the ruins.
You must start by freeing the hanging platform in the picture - you need to throw the axe at the hitch above it.
Use the Blades of Chaos to grab the platform and swing it to the right. It needs to touch the flames so the basket on the right catches fire.
Now place interlocking seals from the right basket to the platform. Your task is to set both baskets on fire.
Again, use the Blades to grab the platform and swing it to the left. It should touch the left basket and ignite it. Place the seals on the new basket - their explosion should set the nearby red vines on fire.
You can now lower the second drawbridge - the left shield was already accessible, and you have the right one unlocked thanks to getting rid of the vines.
After lowering the bridge, go to the third ingredient from the picture.
With all three items, return to the phantom to finish the favor.
