You can get the following collectibles and optional quests in the Aesir Prison Wreckage region in Niflheim:
- 1x Nornir Chest;

Unlocking the prison
The entire Aesir Prison Wreckage region is available only after completing the main storyline. You must start in the neighboring region - The Raven Tree.
At the place in image 2, you will find a path leading southeast. By following it, you will reach the prison and start the related favor.
The Broken Prison - favor
This side quest will start automatically on the way to the prison. You need to help an important quest character get out from it.

Nornir Chest
Prize: Idunn Apple
The rune chest is on one of the lower levels of the prison.
To open the chest you need to destroy 3 seals.
Seal 1 is in the side room with an enemy - you need to lift the grate to get there.
Seal 2 is next to one of the bars that can be moved sideways. This is the central part of the location.
Seal 3 is at the lowest level - throw a weapon at it.
Nine Realms in Bloom
In the prison, you can find 1 out of the 9 flowers required to complete the favor.
You need to explore the southern room on one of the lower levels of the prison - you can get inside by lifting the grate.
Legendary Chest
Reward: Nocked Profficiency - an accessory for a companion.
The chest is on the top level of the prison, but the way to it is blocked by bars. You must use a chain at the lower level to move the rods vertically - spears thrown at weak points.
The bar should be in the position from picture 2 - you can jump to the higher bar and then to the upper shelf.
This way you will reach the Legendary Chest.
