Some secrets in The Sinkholes are separated by chasms, which can only be accessed after opening the dam - this is described in detail on Chasms in the Crater in Vanaheim page of the guide. Dragon Hunt #1 - Quaking Hollow
This side quest starts automatically after experiencing strong tremors while exploring The Sinkholes. Your new task is to find and defeat a mini-boss.

Dragon Hunt #2 - Burning Skies
This favour starts automatically once you reach the southeastern area of The Sinkholes (screenshot above). The heroes encounter a dragon and we need to find a way to reach its lair.

Lore - Everything Ends
Category: Lore Markers.
This lore item is found next to the entrance to the tunnel. You may need to clear the area of enemies before claiming the collectible.
A Stag for All Seasons
There are 4 stags to find around The Crater and there is a favour involving them. To complete this mission, you first need to get feed - only then you can interact with the stags. This is described in detail on the A Stag of All Seasons page of our walkthrough.
This Stag i found near the Mystic Gateway in The Sinkholes.
Favour - Casualties of War: The Hourglass
To start this favour, you need to look around for a phantom named Skarde - you can find her in the caves in the southern Sinkholes.

Artifact - Eastern Spectre
Category: Kvasir's Poems
This artifact is found during exploration of the southwestern part of the region - to be exact, after defeating Crag Jaw mini-boss and searching along the way to Wishing Well. The secret is on the ground next to a corpse.
Nornir Chest #1
Prize: Idunn Apple
Nornir Chest #1 is in the north-western part of The Sinkholes. It is not far from the place where you can descend on a rope to go from The Plains to The Sinkholes.
The chest requires you to light 3 torches, and the most problematic one is the torch that is adjacent to the rope used for descent (initially showing an R-shaped letter). To address the problem, you need to place 3 interlocking seals. Hit the nearest seal with Blades of Chaos to initiate a chain reaction to light the torch.
Berserker Gravestone - Haklangr the Bearded
The gravestone is on a small island in the southeastern part of the region. To be able to access this location, you need to open the dam in The Jungle. From now on, you can reach this location by boat.
Nine Realms in Bloom
In Sinkholes, you can find one of the 9 flowers required to complete the favor of the same name.
You need to open the dam first and then travel by boat to the south-eastern part of the region. The sought flower is in the ruins not far from the newly unlocked Mystic Gateway.
Nornir Chest #2
Prize: Idunn Apple
Nornir Chest #2 is in the eastern part of the region, which is accessible by boat (once you flood the area by opening the dam). Here you may encounter a mini-boss - The Untamed Fury.
To open the chest, you need to destroy 3 totems. You should find them easily - attack each one with the Spear.
Odin's Ravens
This raven is on the rocks above the river in the north-eastern part of the region. Make a spear throw while standing on dry land west of the raven.
