There are following collectibles and side activities to find and complete in Noatun Garden:

Favour - Garden for the Dead
As you enter the garden, you must first deal with a group of stronger monsters. Once that is done, you can freely look around the garden. Visit the area from the screenshot to encounter a spectre - Astrid.
Your new task is to destroy 3 Poison Totems, and more on this can be found in our walkthrough for this favour.
Lore #1 - Golrab of the Ashes and Frost
Category: Lore Markers.
This vertical rune board is in the main part of the Noatun garden. Explore the area for it once the monster threat has been taken care of.
Lore #2 - Garden's Progress
Category: Lore Markers.
One of the buildings in Noatun Garden has a climbable roof.
The rune board is on it.
Lore #3 - Under the Rainbow
Category: Treasure Map
The map is in the grass in the northeast corner of the Noatun Garden main area.
After acquiring the map, you can reach the treasure from the Goddess Falls region.
Legendary Chest
Reward: Jewel of Yggdrasil - bring it to the store to unlock a new amulet slot.
To find the legendary chest, you need to visit a locked building north of the ruins in Noatun Garden. Look through the hole to see a counterweight and red vines blocking access to it - we're going to need to destroy them.
This will require approaching the Noatun Garden from the River Delta side (from the west). Simply dock the boat inside the big tree, use the stairs and reach the bridge.
Ask your companion to create interlocking seals - the outermost seal must reach the red vines, and the closest seal must be within Kratos's reach. Attack with Blades of Chaos to spark a chain reaction and make the vines go away.
Don't leave your current position just yet. You can reach the unlocked shield by throwing your Axe (screenshot)
The cargo will be dropped, and the ruin entrance will unlock. Return to the Noatun Garden. You can already use the entrance from the picture and loot the legendary chest.
