First visit to Helheim in main story
You'll visit Helheim, the land of the dead, twice in the main storyline:
- In the Unleashing Hel main quest you'll search for one of the mask fragments as Atreus.
- In the Reunion main quest you'll chase the great wolf Garm as Kratos.
You can freely start exploring Helheim once you arrive there for the first time as Kratos. All areas should be accessible right away, meaning you can immediately complete everything the realm has to offer.
Collectibles and side activities
Helheim is home to less collectibles than other realms. Some of the secrets found here are:
- Lore;
- Odin's Ravens.
You won't find many optional activities either. There is, however, a Hel Tear to close.
