Unlocking the quest
You unlock this quest during the Blindess main quest found in Chapter 3. After completing one of its objectives a new quest marker should automatically appear on the map.
The quest giver is the Man Talking About Vanishings.
Look into the disappearances
Head to the area marked with a green circle. While exploring you'll find a ghost of a boy named Yosuke. He'll ask you to play hide and seek with him - you must agree.
Find the hidden boy
The ghost is hiding in a new area marked green on the map. You'll find him at the station - climb up the wide staircase to reach the upper level.
Yosuke's hiding in a photo booth pictured above. Talk to the boy to finish the quest. Later on you'll unlock two subsequent missions - Hide and Seek 2 and Hide and Seek 3. They become available once you defog the areas where they take place.
