Entering the depot

Get on the other side of the wall by going above the bunker in the west part of the depot. Go left and walk along the wall. You may come across some enemies on your way.

Documents are kept in this building

There are some enemies in the building. Don't fire at them but wait for them to come outside. This approach is safer than an actual fight.

Photograph the documents

Valuable documents are on the desk, in the most distant corner of the building. Here, you will also run into some soldiers. However, if you wait a couple of seconds, they should leave the room. Wait for the right moment, approach the documents and photograph them.

Leaving the depot

Get back to the place where you started the mission. There is a sheet metal leading above the wall. Use this route to exit the depot and complete the mission.
