Eliminate the guards

The building, in which the chemist is kept, is well-protected. Fortunately, you don't have to kill all the enemies to get inside. Remember to finish off enemies closest to your target at the very end. This is important as Santa Blanca soldiers will constantly move around the building, and can spot dead bodies. If that happens, the chemist will try to escape.

The escape

Approach the chemist, capture him, escort him outside and get into the nearest car. Now extract him to the marked location.
