The landing place
In "Carzita", you will need to reach the island by chopper. Land the chopper and watch out for one of the guards - it's best to locate him when in mid-air, and kill him as soon as you reach the ground.
Marking opponents
Activate the drone and mark all the enemies on the island. Use sync shots to take out as many thugs as possible. Some of the soldiers will move around all the time, and thus it's wise to wait for them to get to a better spot.
Carzita is near the building in the west part of the island. Don't kill him but rather approach him and interrogate him.
