Quest rewards
The only reward for completing this quest is a sizeable bonus to your Legend (XP).
In addition, it unlocks access to Fune's Refuge - a safe location with several NPCs offering various services.
Meet Tenzo so he can take you to the raiders
You can start this quest once you finish the Eagle's Cry tale. Your first task is to meet with Tenzo and you will find him digging graves in the western part of the island (in the Old Gambler's Wood location). Jin will help the man with the burial.
Travel with Tenzo to meet the Raiders
Get on your horse and follow Tenzo. Keep in mind that the dialog options you select during conversations are irrelevant - the choices you make aren't important and they will only affect the course of the current conversation.
Along the way, you will come across a group of Mongols and you can dispose of them in any way you want - for example, you can start a standoff, attack them from surprise or fight them in the open.
Just like in the previous quests, prioritize getting rid of shamans so they can't buff the other enemies. Make sure to adjust Jin's stance to the opponent you are attacking.
You will reach the barricaded passage and it will be necessary to find another way. Follow Tenzo on foot.
You will begin walking along the edge of the cliff. You will reach the place where you need to use the grappling hook for the first time - hold the R2 trigger and then the L2 trigger.
The second attempt to use the grappling hook will end in failure - you need to reach the raised bridge from the other side. Jump to the protruding element on the left (screenshot no. 1). You will find a climbing section close by (screenshot no. 2) - tilt the stick towards the next interactive edges so Jin can jump to them.
Once you're on the other side of the bridge, hold down the R2 trigger to lower it for Tenzo.
Watch the cut-scene of the enemy ship attacking and reach the last grappling hook location. You will unlock the narrow passageway that you will be able to squeeze through.
Soon you will reach the raider camp - Fune's Refuge. There's nothing special to do here, so just watch the cut-scene depicting the meeting with the leader of the Raiders and listen to the plans of infiltrating the enemy ship. This will be a part of the next main quest - Jin from Yarikawa.
