Where's the Shrine in Shadow?

Shrine in Shadow is located in the southern part of Iki Island.

Getting to the shrine is a bit problematic because it is located high up in the air. Look to the east of the shrine - you should find a narrow passage between the rocks shown in the picture.

You need to reach the place from the above image and make a jump towards the edges of the vertical wall. Be careful, though, because one of the edges may fall off. If that happens, grab the lower one.

Climb to the top and follow the linear path to the shrine.

Solving the puzzle

At the base of the statue, you will find a scroll - it contains a clue to the puzzle's solution.

You must follow these steps:

1) Wear Ghost Armour - You get it during the main campaign, i.e. in the basic content of the game. You get the armor as the reward for starting the From the Darkness main mission in Act 2. If you haven't dealt with this quest yet, go back to Tsushima and make more progress.

2) Throw a Smoke Bomb - You can select smoke bombs from your inventory by holding down R2 and pressing down on the d-pad - Ghost of Tsushima Iki Island: Shrine in Shadow - Secrets and Collectibles - Ghost of Tsushima Guide, Walkthrough

2) Throw a Smoke Bomb - You can select smoke bombs from your inventory by holding down R2 and pressing down on the d-pad. If you do not currently have any bombs, visit one of the merchants or just wait until you find a smoke bomb as loot. Throw the bomb while standing next to the shrine.

If you have done both steps correctly, you will see a cut-scene.
