(You start the game with the One Final Offer... achievement, which you get after the intro ends).

Open the right flap of the garbage container (just click) to go outside. Go to the right (red arrow) and try to start the engine (click on it, and when an icon of a skull appears, click on the hand or the shoe). It will turn out that you do not have the keys.

Go to the building of the Kick Stand bar, open the door with a kick (click them, and click the foot when the skull icon appears on the doorway) and enter. Talk to the bartender (click that and click the tongue when the skull icon appears), and then pressure him a bit (hand; achievement - Ring Pull). Treat the piano to a kick if you feel like it. When you have recovered the keys leave the bar (red arrow at the bottom of the screen).

The bike clash

Approach the bike and start the engine (hand or foot). A member of a rival gang will appear during the ride, throw him off of his bike (press the mouse buttons quickly to strike him, keep turning the mouse to the right to throw him off the road; achievement A-Number One Polecat Honcho).
