The time of day in Forza Horizon 5 does not play a significant role and does not affect the driving itself, only the atmosphere. Some players may prefer driving at night while others will enjoy driving during the day. Unfortunately, Forza Horizon 5 does not allow you to manually change the time of day.
The only option to travel around the game world at a specific time of day is to wait until the sun goes up or down. Unfortunately, there is no other option. In addition, some races take place at a specific time. It doesn't matter whether you started it during the day or at night.
