Golden Bow
This is a much faster and easier way. However, you need to have the Golden Bow for it.
Sentilla
To get to the top of the sunken tank, you have to go through the green door. These are in the square. You may notice the fire that is burning in their area. If you try to open the door, one of the men will tell you off. Domitius will stand his ground, but you don't have to worry about that.
Inside of the building you will see some vines. Shoot at them using the Golden Bow, so they will turn into gold, which you can climb. This is a quick and easy way that won't cause you any problems.
In the upper part of the tank you will find tied Sentilla. You need to talk to her. Don't release her, just find out everything you can about her father. Commit some crime after that and reset the loop.
Galerius
After resetting the loop, go to Galerius and give him all the information you have. This way, residents will learn about what is happening in their city. After this conversation, it's time to go to Sentilla again.
Follow the same path as before. Then select "I'm letting you go. Let's get out of here together". Once she's released, Sentilla will kill her father, which will bring you back to your own time.
The present
You'll meet a man there. Al will spend a moment with you and then send you back to the boat. Karen will give you a letter from Sentilla, and this will end the game.
