This task can be completed in two ways.
You can get a few achievements in this part of the game:

Fabia
After saving Ulpius and checking his leads, you must go and see Fabia. She's the woman in a yellow dress, scared of an assassin. This time you can save her.
The conversation starts the same way as it did last time. Promise to help her - "I'll get right on it". This will mark the task and cause quest markers to appear.
Now, you must be very careful. To progress with the game, you have to save Fabia. The correct dialogue options are:
- "Do not go in there!"
- "Just trust me".
After the conversation she'll run away, and you'll go to confront of the assassin.
Assassin
This is a very simple task. You know what will happen to the temple. This is the only way to stop the man from breaking the Golden Rule. Select "Yes, I saw him worshipping in a small round shrine just inside the city. Second building on your left.". Now you know where the assassin will go and what will happen to him.
Carefully follow the man, let him enter the temple and watch him die, buried under rubble.
Approach his corpse, take the Wooden bow and the Bounty Notice.
Fast way

Longer way
The longer way is much more complicated and cumbersome. Fortunately, in return for the time investment you'll be able to obtain the Golden Bow. This extraordinary weapon turns anything you shoot into gold. We've described this route on the Golden Bow - how to get? page.
Lucretia
She will either be in the building where you've already seen her, or right in front of it. You need to direct the conversation in a specific way to get Willow Bark. You have to choose: "I figured out how to treat rheumatism...".
Rufius
To complete the task, you must find Rufius. It should be marked on the map. You will find it in two places: near the gardens or on the stairs, near the temple.
Give him a cure for his rheumatism while talking to him - "About your rheumatism...". You'll complete the mission.
