This page of the guide answers the question of whether a PC version of the title will appear - and if yes, when.

At the time of writing this guide, Final Fantasy VII Remake is available on PS4, and it was announced that on June 10, 2021Final Fantasy VII Remake (with a sub-title - Intergrade) will be released on PS5.

So far, Final Fantasy VII Remake is an exclusive title for Sony consoles (up to April 10, 2021), but it is not impossible that FF7 Remake may be released on PC at a later time.
