Where to get it?

Buster Sword

Focused Thrust - Lunge toward an enemy with a piercing strike that hits multiple times. Significantly increases stagger.

Cloud starts the game with this weapon

Iron Blade

Triple Slash - Slash three enemies in quick succession, dealing more damage with each blow.

Proficiency bonus - Strike three or more enemies.

You get this weapon in Chapter 3 - Home Sweet Slum. During A Job for the Neighborhood Watch quest.

Nail Bat

Disorder - Deliver a devastating attack and switch modes in one fluid motion.

Proficiency bonus - Strike with Strong Attack after switching modes.

The weapon is given to you after completing a side mission Kids on Patrol in Chapter 8 - Budding Bodyguard.

Hardedge

Infinity's End - Wind up and unleash an overhead strike. Increased damage on stagger.

Can be bought from a vendor at Weapons Shop in Wall Market in Chapter 9.

Mythril Saber

Blade Burst - Unleash a wave of non-elemental mako energy at an enemy in front of you with a slash of your sword.

Can be bought from a vendor at Weapons Shop in Wall Market in Chapter 14.

Twin Stinger

Counterstance - Brace for attacks and retaliate with powerful slash.

Can be found in Chapter 17, it will be on your way as you switch more levers.

Barret

Gatling Gun

Focused Shot - Consume all ATB charges to unleash a concerted burst of energy. Significantly increases stagger.

Barrett starts the game with this weapon

Light Machine Gun

Lifesaver - Take damage intended for other party members.

Proficiency bonus - Restore an ally's HP (one time only during activation).

You get the weapon at the end of Chapter 6 - Light the Way.

Big Bertha

Maximum Fury - Consume all ATB charges to fire a long stream of bullets at an enemy.

Can be purchased at Weapons Shop in Evergreen Park, Chapter 13.

Steel Pincers

Charging Uppercut - Rush toward an enemy and launch them into the air with a furious blow. Increases Charge.

Can be purchased at Moogle Emporium in Sector 6 Slum in Chapter 14. It costs 7 Moogle Medals.

Wrecking Ball

Smackdown - Strike the ground and send nearby enemies flying.

Reward for performing Subterranean Menace side mission in Chapter 14.

EKG Cannon

Point Blank - Consume all ATB charges to deliver a close-range attack and send enemies flying.

In Chapter 16, after meeting Major, talk to Hart again. The man offers his help for 10,000 Gil - say yes and you will get e.g. EKG Cannon.

Tifa

Leather Gloves

Divekick - Leap into the air and unleash a powerful kick.

Proficiency Bonus - Finish off an enemy.

Tifa starts the game with this weapon

Metal Knuckles

Overpower - Use in conjunction with a basic attack to more effectively pressure enemies.

Proficiency bonus - Follow up with a basic attack combo after using the weapon ability.

You get the weapon after defeating Crab Warden, the boss in Chapter 5 - Dogged Pursuit.

Sonic Strikers

Focused Strike - Evade and then unleash a charging attack. Moderately increases stagger.

Proficiency bonus - Stagger an enemy.

There is a branching path in the third laboratory with components for the Airbuster (Chapter 7 - A Trap is Sprung. Leave through the door to reach the chest with Sonic Strikers.

Feathered Gloves

Starshower - Unleash a Flurry of powerful strikes. Increases strength of command executed.

In Chapter 10, empty the water in the first aqueduct, then go under the gate and grab the weapon.

Mythril Claws

Chi Trap - Create an Orb of materialized chi that deals damage on contact.

You get it for defeating the boss - Appendage, at the end of Chapter 13.

Purple Pain

True Strike - Deliver a tremendous blow at close range. Increased stagger damage bonus.

In Chapter 16, when Tifa drops down, you can use the decorative elements and the car to reach the ladder. Don't go up there yet - go right and then use the pipes to get to the chest with this weapon.

Aerith

Guard Stick

Arcane Ward - Conjure a ward. Attack spells cast within the ward will automatically be cast twice.

Proficiency bonus - Conjure a ward (one time only during activation).

Aerith starts the game with this weapon

Silver Staff

Sorcerous Storm - Deals magic damage to nearby enemies.

Proficiency bonus - Strike three or more enemies

The weapon can be purchased in Chapter 8 - Budding Bodyguard, while performing The Mysterious Moogle Merchant side mission. Purchase this weapon for Aerith for 2 Moogle Medals.

Arcane Scepter

Fleeting Familiar - Summon a fairy that attacks your enemies periodically as well as after you use abilities and spells.

Reward for performing side missions - Dynamite Body or Shear's Counterattack in Chapter 9.

Mythril Rod

Ray of Judgement - Fire an energy burst that hits multiple Times. Increased stagger damage bonus.

Can be found in Chapter 11. The weapon chest is in Switchyard 2 (Section C), right at the beginning of the chapter.

Bladed Staff

Lustrous Shield - Conjure a magical shield that keeps enemies at bay and stops projectiles.

At the end of Chapter 11, you fight a boss - Eligor. You must stagger the boss and then use Steal Materia to steal the weapon.

Reinforced Staff

ATB Ward - Conjure a magical ward. Allies who use ATB within it regain partial ATB from your gauge.

The weapon is in a chest in the room where you begin Chapter 17.
