Attributes in Final Fantasy VII Remake determine the character stats, for example, Attack, Defense, or Vitality. The attributes can be increased by leveling the team members or providing them with the right equipment.

1. Attack Power - determines physical damage dealt with blade, gun, or fists. This attribute is modified by the selected weapon and Strength value;
2. Magic Attack Power-determines magical damage inflicted by skills and spells. It is modified by the selected weapon and the Magic value;
3. Defense-affects the physical damage taken. This attribute is modified by the armor value and vitality;
4. Magic Defense-affects the magic damage taken. This attribute is modified by the armor value and the spirit parameter;
5. Strength-the higher the strength, the stronger the physical attacks;
6. Magic-the higher the magic, the stronger the magic attacks;
7. Vitality-the higher the vitality, the stronger the Defense;
8. Spirit-the higher the spirit, the stronger the Magic defense;
9. Speed- higher Speed attribute provides faster charging of the ATB (Active Time Battle);
10. Luck - a higher level of luck determines a better chance of dealing with Critical hit and a successful theft action.
