There's no clear boundary of the end-stage of a game in Fear of Wolves. We can, however, easily estimate that this stage begins when there are relatively few players left and a considerable portion of the map has been cut off by radiation. If you managed to survive until this moment, you're most likely well-equipped. Now, you could really use additional armor or a Hazmat Suit.

Make sure you have sufficient food and meds supplies

It's crucial to have enough food, meds and chems that can significantly increase your survival rates. Pay attention to any supplies dropped from the plane, since the content of these drops can be priceless.

Keep your head down

Remember that the winner is the last man standing - avoid unnecessary risk. Find a good vantage point (tower, rooftop) and survey the area using a sniper rifle. When the message informing players about the evacuation process commencing, do your best to kill anyone making a run for it, because they can end the game otherwise.
