Additional activities are marked on the map with orange color. Completing them is optional, but for doing it you will receive interesting rewards - experience points, new inhabitants for the village and in some cases an additional skill point. Completing a specific number of activities of a single type is also required for unlocking some achievements. Activities are a series of very similar activities of which difficulty increases as the distance from the Wenja village raises. Harder tasks usually mean stronger animals, more deadly opponents of larger number of enemies - the rest remains the same.

Village missions

Mission givers can be found in the village.

Village missions are short tasks that are received from village people. Completing them is rewarded with experience and they aren't complicated. In most of the missions you will have to use hunter vision in order to follow tracks. Your objective might be to explore a cave and move bodies, place a totem, bring some mushrooms from a cave or burn some bushes.

In other missions you will have to protect the villagers or kill stronger opponents - in order to make such mission easier you should obtain a strong companion animal. Missions that focuses on protecting the villagers can be most troublesome - remember to quickly eliminate opponents that threaten the saved Wenja.

Help Wenja: Beast Kill

Kill all the animals in the area. Don't forget about taking their skin.

In these missions you must get to the hunting area and kill the required number of animals. In case of harder versions of the mission you should prepare properly. The hunt can be easier if you have a saber tooth tiger that can easily chase the escaping animals. If the animals escape outside the hunting area (which might happen), send the mentioned predator after them or wait a while for the animals to return to the marked zone. For completing these missions you will receive experience points. An additional reward is the possibility to skin many animals of a specific species - it is a great way to obtain some skins.

Help Wenja: Search & Rescue

Find Wenja and then kill the nearby enemies.

In these missions first you should use hunter vision in order to find trail leading to the Wenja. On your way you will have to kill few opponents. Finally you will reach the place where the Wenja you are looking for is held or is hiding. Kill the enemies, then free the Wenja, clear the area and speak with him. The ally will join your village. Just watch out so that you won't kill him accidentally during the battle.

Examine the area and mark the enemy guards.

You must be exceptionally cautious during these missions. You must remain undetected - open actions and being detected by enemy will quickly end in death of the held captives. Because of that, first you should scout the area with the owl. Jaguar will be useful as your companion in these missions as well. In case of harder missions you should also have the takedown ability unlocked.

Remember about the owl - with her you will quickly recon the area.

Try to get close to the location where the prisoners are held in such way so that you see the enemies while they don't see you. This can be done by climbing the nearby rocks and other terrains that are above the small camp. First mark the enemies and find the imprisoned Wenja. Take some time on learning the routes of the guards. In first order you should eliminate the ones that will not be seen (for example the ones standing on the edge of the area). Then focus on the remaining opponents. Leave the ones guarding the prisoners for the end. If you are detected, you will still have some time to save the Wenja - as long as you manage to kill the enemies that when the alarm is raised will go towards the prisoners. The saved Wenja will join your village, so the better you manage, the bigger your reward.

Help Wenja: Escort

Eliminate the groups of attacking enemies.

Your task is to escort Wenja to safe location. Most of all, summon an animal which you will send in first order at the groups of enemies. Wenja can fight, but it is better if they are attacking the enemy from distance. Don't let the melee fighting opponents get close to them and eliminate the incoming ones in first order. Your animal should attack the archers and enemies who are throwing spears - you should shoot at them in second order. During the missions you will face few such groups. You can reduce the chance for your allies to be attacked by running few steps ahead of them. In that case the enemies will first see Takkar and they will concentrate their attack on him. The more allies you deliver to the safe point, the more of them will join your village.

Cave mission

Explore the cave while watching out for enemies, animals and deadly falls.

These missions are mostly related to exploring the caves. The road to the exit will be shown with markers and your task will be mostly to jump between rock ledges (sometimes you must gain speed before jumping). In the caves you can additionally face some enemies and wild animals, so be ready for some combat.

Tribal Clash: Kill

Try to always get close from above. Thanks to that you will have a good visibility and you will locate the targets faster.

Your objective in these missions is to murder the leaders and search their bodies. Heavy takedown and Search Takedown are very helpful in achieving this task. Of course, other enemies are to be found on the marked territory as well - you can choose whether you want to eliminate all opponents or focus only on the leaders. Remember about scouting the area before attacking, especially if you want to remain undetected (you will receive bonus EXP for that).

By using the hunter vision you can quickly locate the targets.

Elimination of enemies is similar as in case of attacking outposts - you will find here some enemies that are able to call backup, archers and large numbers of melee fighting opponents. Methodically eliminate all opponents and try quietly exterminating the leaders. If you don't need the EXP boost, you can start from hiding but after locating the commanders quickly eliminate them without worrying about being detected. Remember that in case of large number of heavy armored opponents you can use the Berserk Shard or Berserk Bomb to make eliminating the remaining opponents easier.

Tribal clash: Destroy

Setting the camp on fire is your main objective. You can ignore some of the opponents.

Your task in these missions is to burn the enemy camp. With some luck you won't even have to worry about the enemies. You should find a good position and attack the camp from above. Send the burning arrows at huts and enemy totems and wait for the fire to spread. Once it fills the bar shown on the screen, escape from the area. By doing so before the enemies reach you, at least half of the mission will be completed. You can also use the owl and the bombs it throws to make the mission even easier.
