The mask is inside the grotto.

You can find the entrance behind a small waterfall.

On a rock, beneath a large stone.

Above the hut entrance.

Hanging on a tree.

In a small grotto.

On the ground, right beyond the place where you can attach the grappling claw.

When you stand by the lakeside, look up, to the right from the claw point.

When you stand underneath the claw point, look to the left, above the cave entrance.

Near a claw point.

While standing at the bottom, near a place where you might start a sidequest, look up. The mask is on a rock on the right, near the large stones. If you can't hit it, use a flaming arrow.

While standing at the bottom, near a place where you can find some plants and a cache among the rocks (the path blocked with stones), look up. You will see the hanging mask at the top. Aim a bit higher while shooting it.

To see it, go near the waterfall. When you stand at its bottom, go to the rocks on the left (while facing the waterfall) where you can use the grappling claw. Do it three times and look towards the waterfall right before the top. You will see the mask.

Get out of the river and use the grappling claw to climb up. Look at the waterfall. You should see the mask on the left, near a fallen log.

On the left side of the waterfall, look up.

Get to the other side from the waterfall (swing on the rope), then ascend again. When you climb up the vine, look up, on the left side of the waterfall.

Look up while standing on the shore.

Above the niche in the rock massif.

Hanging opposite the tree.

On a large rock, almost at the top of the waterfall.
