From the central point, you will have a good view on every part of the outpost.

Circle the outpost (you should be facing the buildings with your back facing north). There are less enemies in this part. Jump onto a small building, right near the face. Your target is the highest building in the outpost. You can access it using the ladder on the left. It is good to wait for a while, as there is a soldier that goes onto the roof from time to time. Kill him from some distance so that he wouldn't surprise you later. Climbing the building is not difficult. Just make sure that the armored soldier has gone the other way. When on the roof, you will have a perfect view on all the enemies, so you can start eliminating him, either with a crossbow, sniper rifle, or a bow. Remember to aim at the head, as some of the enemies have Kevlar vests and may require more shots to be killed. It is better to aim a little longer then draw the attention of other soldiers with a missed shot.
