You will receive this mission from Amita and it will begin automatically after rescuing the hostages (liberating this outpost is one of the missions of the main campaign - Incursion). Head towards the outpost (the best way is to approach the place shown in the screen, as you will have a perfect view and a clear shot on everyone).

Liberating this outpost while staying unnoticed is very easy. The only thing that you have to do is to set free the elephant that is held there. Destroy the gate using a grenade and watch as the elephant deals with the enemies. You don't need to help your "minion", as it will manage to defeat all the opponents. If by some miracle, the elephant gets killed, go down and eliminate all the remaining soldiers.
