Make the tiger distract the enemies and run towards the bell.

After you land, your way to the bell will be clear. There are a lot of enemies here, but you can simply go past them. To do that, send the tiger on the fire-spitting demon located in the middle of this area. When it draws the attention of most of the enemies, quickly run to the right and don't mind the opponents. Deal with those enemies that stand in your way using takedown. At the end of the road, turn right, onto the bridge and it will lead you to the bell. Ring it to complete the mission and you will be teleported to Kyrat.
