Reach the designated location

Head towards the mission objective marked on the map. After a while you'll get to the enemy camp guarded by several soldiers.

Eliminate all Omega Force guarding the scientist

You shouldn't have problems with luring out at least few enemies from the camp and take them down. Eliminate the rest using the bow or another weapon, remembering that they will start shooting at the scientist in this case. If he dies, you fail the mission.
