This page of the guide to Far Cry 6 contains a walkthrough of the Balance the Books operation - one of the main missions in Valle De Oro. Our walkthrough explains e.g. where to find the Russian twins and Bembe's key, as well as how to get to the wetland hotel safe and how to open the safe.
Meet Bembe
You can play this mission after completing Operation Poznas Maximas Matanzas. Go to Camp Maximas (the guerrilla hideout) and talk to Paolo there.
To meet Bembe Alvarez , you must travel to the town of Segunda in Valle De Oro. You need to enter the church in the central part of town to see the meeting cutscene.
Reach the abandoned hotel
The abandoned El Tigre Dormido Hotel is located on a peninsula west of Segunda. As you travel to this location, you will receive a photo of the wanted Russian twins on your phone.
Find Bembe's key
After reaching the hotel you will have to deal with a group of soldiers inside - as usual, you can choose between stealth and direct confrontation. Watch out for enemies that can spray poison, and kill them from a long distance.
During fights, do not attack Dmitri - the unarmed man who's standing still. He is one of the twins and you need to talk to him after the fights are over.
Jump into the pool with many bodies. One of the bodies is Dmitri's twin brother. Search the corpse to get Bembe's Key.
Head to Villa Judia Hotel
The Villa Judia Hotel is located in the wetlands, northwest of where you got Bembe's Key.
Once you get close to the hotel, you will discover that quite a large enemy group is inside. It's best to take most of them out before doing the second mission objective described below.
We suggest starting with a recon (e.g. from the roof of one of the huts) and then eliminating the enemies one by one with suppressed weapons (kill the snipers first). If you trigger the alarm, reinforcements may arrive, including an enemy helicopter. There is a wild animal cage inside the hotel, and you can free it so that it "helps" you defeat the enemies.
Find and open the safe
When he fights are over, take your time to explore the area. Check out the bigger hut visible in picture 1. Inside you can find the Restaurant Key.
Now go to the slanted building that's mostly underwater (see picture).
Jump in the water and dive. You need to swim inside the crooked building. Here you will find a door on which you can use the key you acquired earlier.
Once you unlock access to the new room, you will find a safe which you can open right away. Take the Black Book from it.
Return to the main part of the Villa Judia Hotel. In the meantime, Bembe will have appeared in the area and you must meet him to give him what you found in the safe.
