On this page of the Far Cry 6 game guide, you will find a walkthrough of the operation Blood Ties, one of the main missions in the Madrugada region. Meet Espada at the Revmira water tower
This mission starts automatically after finishing the Napoleon El Pequeno operation. This is the second mission during which you cooperate with Camila "La Espada" Montero.
This time you need to reach the water tower in Revmira. You'll be given the picture of this area, but you shouldn't have any trouble finding it. Use subsequent ladders to climb on top and start a cutscene.
Secure the Revmira construction site
The mission objective is eliminating all enemies in the area, with stealth being a far better option. This is due to two things. First of all, there are several snipers in the area who are much easier to eliminate silently, without risking being shot by them. You can find them thanks to their laser sights, but you can also scout the area first from the water tower.
The second problem is the presence of a tank at the construction site. It's empty by default, but if the enemies are alarmed, one of them could enter the tank and start driving around. If this happens, use explosives / a rocket launcher to destroy the tank, or EMP charges to sabotage it and take control over it.
If you managed to sneakily reach the tank, it's a good idea to enter it (a hatch on the top). Once you do so, you won't need to worry about causing an alarm any longer, as you can easily massacre the enemies with the tank's weapons (the main gun and the machine gun).
Search the entire construction site if the mission objective isn't updating, there could be enemies nearby you didn't spot from the water tower.
Enter the lab with Espada
After getting the new objective head to the construction site's main building, Camila should be there too. Go inside and enter the room where a cutscene detailing your meeting with Alejandro Montero will start. After a moment, the mission will end.
