There are ten books describing the history of the island, hidden on Knothole Island.
 | You will get it from Gordon after activating the first mission. |
 | Ice Totem must be active! Ice Shrine, in the room with the electric fields. On the right you find a cliff and a lever which activates a ladder. Go further, up the ladder. You will find the book at the end of the path. |
 | Sun Totem must be active! Sun Shrine. The book is behind a wall, in the room with a blue switch on the ground. |
 | Storm Totem must be active! At the Storm Shrine, right after entering, on the right, between stalactites. |
 | Sun Totem or Storm Totem must be active! Head to the Ice Shrine. The platform that was connecting the both sides is now gone. Jump down and head left. You will be attacked by Hobbes. The book is on the right, between trees. |
 | Sun Totem must be active! Between the beams under the augments shop and The Box of Secrets. |
 | Sun Totem must be active! Right next to the Sun Shrine entrance. |
 | In the cemetery, behind one of the graves, next to the main square. |
 | After exiting the Sun Shrine, on the road on the left side, behind a rock. |
 | Storm Totem must be active! After exiting the Storm Shrine, on the right, behind a rock. |
