Slide #1
You can find the first Slide upon starting Chapter 2. Leave Sebastian's office and in the main part of the station look at the desk, on which there is a black cat sitting - next to the animal, you can find the first collectible in the game, which you can display using the projector.
File #1 - Photo of William Baker
The first file can be found near the levitating corpse (the crime scene). Enter the next room and continue forward until you enter the darkroom - on the counter, next to the sink, you will find the first File in the game [Photo of William Baker].
File #2 - Extravagant Letter
Upon reaching the upper floor, continue along the guardrail, however, do not go upstairs - instead turn left, go under the grid and collect another File [Extravagant Letter] lying on the table.
File #3 - Photo of Another Victim
You can find the next File right after you enter the dark lounge. When standing next to the door, turn right and turn the torch on. Then, enter the room 103. Go forward, scale the table, and collect another File [Photo of Another Victim].
File #4 - Journal in Abandoned House
The File #4 can be found after the fight with QTE (after you run from the boss-monster Guardian). After you resume control over the main protagonist, heal him using the Medical Syringe you can find on the table, and enter the room to the left of the entrance door - inside, you find the File.
File #5 - Photo of Castellanos Family
File #5 is collected automatically after you leave the house in which you wind up running from the monster. You cannot miss this collectible.
