In Chapter 14 you have to reach the top of Theodor's tower to finally fight him.

Climb Theodore s stronghold to confront him

The File you find at the beginning of the chapter.

After you regain control over Sebastian, you will be in a building resembling a cathedral. There are no enemies in the first location - investigate it thoroughly and take all the items. On the Altar, by the door, you can find the File [Theodore's Scripture 1]. Take the items and go through the door behind the altar to continue.

Assault Rifle Ammunition Pouch.

Go upstairs and then enter the room. Inside you will find many items you can take, a mirror to Sebastian's room, and the Assault Rifle Ammunition Pouch. Take all of these items and return to the place with stairs. Turn left, go upstairs. There are several enemies waiting for you there.

The lever you have to pull.

Consider eliminating the enemies stealthily - just wait until they stop burning and kill them with the sneak attack. After you take all of them down, go to the corridor to the right. Continue until you reach the lever at the end. Pull it to continue. Three enemies are going to appear in the area. Kill them, and take the spiral stairs to go up.

Another File.

Collect Metal Pipe x2, Nails (from the floor), Red Gel, and then turn the valve to put down the flames.Go upstairs and enter the room to the left, where you can find additional items including the File [Theodore's Scripture 2].

Over the pipes, there is a switch you have to shoot.

Leave this room and continue your journey until you reach another place blocked by the flames. Approach the fire and look up - shoot the switch to put down the flames

Another ammunition pouch, this time for pistol ammo.

Continue forward and eliminate all the encountered enemies, until you the small room with a pistol ammo pouch. Take it and wait for the flames blocking the entrance to fade, then, get to the other side, where you have to interact with another valve.

Another batch of burning enemies.

In another room, there are three burning enemies. Kill them all and locate flames blocking your way - on the left, there is a switch you need to shoot to put down the flames. Continue forward, turn the valve and go to the room with the lever.

Some old friends are going to appear.

Pulling the lever results in the appearance of the enemy you have met before in the room. After you kill it, two more will appear. When all three enemies are dead, the gate will open. Take all the enemies lying around and go upstairs to reach the elevator. Next, to the elevator, there is a mirror you should consider using. When You are ready, enter the elevator to reach the higher floor. Collect all the items and go through the double door to begin the boss fight.

Boss Theodore

The first stage of boss fight requires you to face the enemy with the chainsaw.

This boss fight is quite peculiar, as you do not fight the priest himself, rather hallucinations he brings to life. The fight is divided into three stages, during which you have to encounter enemies known from the first installment in the series. As soon as the first stage begins, run towards the end of the corridor in order to launch the cutscene. When it finishes, approach the enemy, press the button displayed on the screen and follow the instructions to kill the enemy with the chainsaw.

The second stage involves fighting three Boxheads.

The second stage of the boss fight involves dealing with Boxheads - opponents, who have a safe instead of a head. This fight, however, is different from the one featured in the first installment - you can defeat the enemies with regular attacks. Shoot the enemy and jump back when he starts approaching you. There is a lot of ammunition lying around, so it is a perfect moment to replenish it. After you kill the first enemy, two more are going to appear. With all three Boxheads dead, another stage begins.

One of the two valves you need to turn during the third stage of the boss fight.

The third enemy is Laura - the "spider-woman" you fought in the first installment three times. This is the most difficult fight, as it requires players to come up with the right strategy. Go to the two valves located on the opposite sides of the room and turn them. The problem lies in Laura herself - she will try to get you, and when she does, Sebastian dies after only one blow.

Finally, you just need to turn the furnace on to end this Chapter.

Use the Electric or Freeze Bolts to stun her, and run towards the valve. After you turn both of them, find the switch and wait until Laura is in the middle of the room (furnace). Stun her (using the aforementioned Bolts) and pull the lever to fire the furnace. Then, a sequence of cutscenes is initiated and Chapter 14 ends.
