Clashes with enemy leaders always look the same. The location of the general will be marked on your map - go there and kill him. Conversation with Thialg
For starters, go to Thialg in Bastion - give him orders to gather his forces and set out for Mararcor. This will give you five missions involving the elimination of enemy leaders.
