Old Love Doesn't Rust is a quest in Elex 2 which lets you romance Caja. You receive it from Caja after completing the Securing the Land quest. If your relations with Caja are good you'll get an opportunity to romance her.

How to romance Caja?

First of all, you can only romance Caja if your relationship with her is positive. When you're traveling with Caja you must make decisions she'll approve of. Caja doesn't like violence, vulgar answers or solving problems via conflict. Avoid sarcastic and rude responses, finish quests without starting fights if possible.

If Caja likes you (you can check her thoughts of you by asking her is everything fine) she'll eventually ask you of your thoughts regarding your old relationship. If you offer Caja to try to rebuild the relationship, you will see a short cutscene. This completes the mission. From now on you can sometimes spend some time in private with Caja - this triggers cutscenes in the Bastion.
