It's a Matter of Interpretation is the final quest in the second chapter in Elex 2. You will receive it from Thialg in the Bastion after completing the Companions for the 6th Power quest. Your goal is to stop the Morkons from attacking the Fort. Our game guide lists all the decisions and their consequences.

If you haven't joined the Morkon faction, prepare well before starting the quest - you will have to fight a large number of enemies. Stock up on potions, take a companion with you and upgrade your character as much as possible.
