This page of the Elex 2 guide contains a walkthrough of the Without Mercy quest. You will receive it from Adam immediately after completing The 6th Power quest and starting the second chapter of the campaign. Completing the quest is very simple, but extremely important, because it opens the way to the next main quests.
Conversation with Victor
The mission is all about talking to a Morkon named Victor. You will find him in the Grotto - he is standing near the main entrance to the location, next to the stairs leading to the lower part of the Grotto. Tell him about the events so far to complete the mission and receive the Damage Reduction quest - this second act of Elex 2 revolves around this quest.
