Hanging leaflets
Your job is to put up leaflets in three places: next to Chloe's bar, near the entrance to the Fort and on Thorhild's farm. All you need to do is approach the notice board and interact with it. You'll be able to hang the leaflets in the first two locations without any problems, but on Thorhild's farm, you will run into some issues.
The leaflet on Thorhild's farm
While trying to hang the leaflet at Thorhild's farm, you'll be stopped by a guard. At this point, you'll have to make a choice - you can either hang the leaflet without permission or get Thorhild's permission. If you hang it without permission, your relationship with Thorhild will worsen.
If you want to get her permission, you can convince Thorhild in two ways. Pay 1000 Elexit Crystals or, if you have at least 20 Intelligence, you can persuade her to agree. Regardless of your choice, after hanging all the leaflets, return to Scrappy to complete the Miners for Scrappy mission in Elex 2 .
