On this page of the Elex 2 guide, you will find a walkthrough of the main quest called Infected. You will receive it during the conversation with Adam during the Nothing to Lose mission. The quest is only about talking to characters. However, to complete it, you will need to finish The 6th Power quest.
Conversation with Caja and Adam
The first objective is to talk to Caja - she will be in the Berserkers' outpost near the place where you started the game. You will learn from her that she is currently unable to help. Now go to Adam, who will be staying at the moment in a nearby location called the Bastion. To get help from Adam, you have to deal with the attack of the mysterious forces - this is done during The 6th Power quest.
The 6th Power
The Infected quest hardly has any objectives. You must first complete a really long quest called The 6th Power - the walkthrough can be found on a separate page of our guide. After completing it, go to Adam and talk about the infection - the quest will be completed automatically.
