On this page of the Elex 2 guide, you will find a walkthrough of the first main mission, Nothing to Lose. You will receive the task automatically after the game starts.
Starting the mission
After the cinematic introduction, you will gain control over Jax. Follow the path - it's like a corridor, and it is impossible to get far off it. However, it is worth searching around the path to find a few basic items - potions, food, lockpicks, and herbs. All collected items will be carried over. You will encounter a few monsters on your way - they are easy to defeat, even with the starting weapon.
Following the path, you will get to a place from which you can see the signs of destruction with a purple glow. Now go left and follow the path. Be sure to stop by the skeleton - you will find potions and pure Elex. After a while, you will watch a cut-scene. The game will take you to Adam's house, and give you new missions: In Danger, Infected and The 6th Power.
Reach any city and complete the quest
The mission is completed when you reach any city. There are 5 locations to choose from: The Fort, The Grotto, The Crater, The Depot and The Castle. All these places will be marked on the map - we recommend visiting the Fort or the Grotto since these cities are closest to the starting location. Regardless of which one you choose, the Nothing to Lose quest will be completed upon approaching the city's entrance.
