On this page of the Elden Ring guide, you can find a list of all Sites of Grace present in the underground region of Siofra River. The location is accessible through Siofra River Well.
Among other things, Sites of Grace serve as checkpoints. If you die, you will respawn at the Site of Grace with which you have most recently interacted with.
As you traverse the underground region of the Siofra River, you will encounter 10 Sites of Grace.

There are several ways of accessing Siofra River . The first is to use Siofra River Well, which is located in Limgrave , more specifically in Mistwood.

The second way (different access point) of reachingSiofra River is to travel to Nokron, Eternal City. You'll get there by going deeper into the Mistwood, which is possible after defeating Radahn . You must go to a place where you will see shattered earth and pieces of it floating in the air. This is one of the entrances to Nokron.
