The following guide contains a complete breakdown of Elden Ring. You will learn all the basic mechanics here, such as combat, the day and night cycle, stealth and how to mix the Wondrous Elixir. This guide aims to help you successfully complete the game and draw your attention to the most important aspects of the game. With this guide, you will learn the most important beginners' tips to get you started with Elden Ring. These tips aren't just for beginners, but also for experienced players who are already familiar with the souls-like genre. What's more, you will also learn how to use the map, what character classes are available, how much the ashes of war can change, and what walking mausoleums are.
The guide to Elden Ring also contains a Soulsborne for beginners chapter. This is a guide for players who are just getting started with the Soulsborne genre. There you will find useful information that will help you understand the rules of this genre better and explain some of the mechanics, such as parrying, dual-wielding or player messages.
Our guide includes a detailed walkthrough of the side missions in the game that you get from NPCs. This way, you will learn where to find a given NPC, how to do their quest and what reward awaits you. In addition, this section of the guide contains e.g. an overview of boss fights in the game, both the main and the optional ones. The boss fights descriptions cover two possible approaches: using melee combat and ranged combat as a mage.
An important part of this guide is the FAQ, which provides extensive answers to the most frequently asked questions. Among other things, you will learn the reason to use gestures, what are the flasks of crimson and cerulean tears and how to summon the spectral mount - these are just a few examples of questions that you will find answers to in our guide.
In the guide to Elden Ring, you will also find pages about the in-game controls, system requirements and how many hours it takes to complete the game in several variants. Additionally, our guide will help you obtain the platinum trophy much more efficiently, mainly due to our trophy guide. This guide contains a detailed walkthrough of all the achievements in the game.

Elden Ring: Quick beginner's guide
- Choosing a character class doesn't lock you into playing it until the end of the game. Choosing a class helps in the early stages of the game, but it doesn't mean that you are forced to play it all the time. Your choice of class should mainly reflect which stats you consider to be the most important. You should create your character from this angle.
- Use jumping and sneaking. Both sneaking and jumping are very useful in combat and while exploring the game world.
- Spend your runes on a regular basis. If you decide keep your runes and your character dies, you will lose all the runes you've earned. You have a chance to recover them, but you risk dying again and losing all of your runes for good.
- The time of day affects the game world in many ways. For this reason, be careful about the time of day, because during the night, the behavior of opponents will change and new, extremely dangerous enemies will spawn.
- Use the markers on the map. This will help you find out where to look for a specific item or opponent

More About Elden Ring

12 Studios That Seem to Be Making the Same Games, But We Love Them Anyway
It takes skill to copy. Some game creators know this, regularly serving the fans similar titles. Their elements, however, are skillfully mixed and served in such a way that players – instead of complaining – are delighted and ask for more.

Siofra River, Or How Elden Ring Creates Rare, Genuine Sense of Adventure
Elden Ring discards the beaten path of triple-A games and invites the player to do the same thing inside their game. This makes the adventure feel genuine and organic – for it is about secrets, risks and ostensible alienation.

Elden Ring is My First Souls and I Immediately Fell in Love
So far I've been bouncing back from FromSoftware games, and from Elden Ring on the other hand I can't tear myself away. Great exploration, fascinating world or satisfaction from defeating each boss make my adventure will not end soon.
