Start by talking to Bilal at the Gas Station, thanks to which you learn about dangers in the nearby town. The goal of this quest is to eliminate all of the screamers in that location. Not without a reason does the quest description say it is a very hard quest, because you need to keep in mind that during fights the scream of the monsters will be summoning more and more of them. Of course, you will have to kill them on a regular basis, but it is immensely important to locate all of the screamers, thanks to which you stop reinforcements from incoming.
Initially, the entire town will be marked in yellow on the world map, but after you approach a given screamer, an additional marker will appear on the map, which informs you of his exact whereabouts - an example of such situation has been shown in the above screenshot. You can hunt screamers down in any order you want and you can find hints on where they may be further in this text.
One of the screamers is at the top floor of the tenement. You cannot get inside across the window or through the manhole in the roof. The only way to explore it is to open the door at the ground floor. The problem is that there may be zombies around here, so after you have dealt with them, you need to pick the lock quickly (fortunately, it is a simple one).
Another screamer is also in one of the buildings and just like before, you need to wait for a good moment to pick the lock and get inside. Note - do not haste to enter the building, because there may be a bomber (an explosive zombie). After you enter, close the door and then walk into the room with the screamer (there may be another zombie in there also, but it is optional to eliminate him in the first place).
You find another screamer atop the town tower and to reach him, you need to do some long climbing. Start inside the tower, and reach ledges above. At the same time, try to aim each jump well, thanks to which you will not fall to your death. Towards the end of the climb, you will make it onto catwalks and all you need to do is climb higher over them.
The last monster is in the South-Eastern part of Town. You need to locate the truck parked on the street and take a look into the trailer. Since this place is free-access, kill all of the infected before you enter there to kill the screamer. After you have taken care of all of the screamers, go back to the Gas Station and report to Bilal.
