. During Could You Repeat, you'll reach the Heron Renegado bandit camp. Before you dispose of the enemies, you can make a detour and find a GRE crate containing inhibitors. Just enter the area between the buildings (the trash and ledges will help you down). At the bottom, simply visit the brick place with trash containers - the GRE crate is there.

While in progress of The Lost Light you'll reach a roof of one of the buildings. Before proceeding with the task, take a look around. There is a GRE crate next to the railing, containing a few items and an inhibitor.

You will find this inhibitor in the GRE Anomaly area. To get to it, you must first defeat the enemy called Revenant. It is not a difficult enemy. However, it is quick and agile. It will often run away and summon regular zombies. It is recommended to focus on Revenant and keep inflicting damage on him until you kill him.
