Quest: A Place to Call Home
This is the first crate that you will encounter after entering this part of the city. You will find it right next to the subway exit, which will be automatically unlocked as you progress through the A Place to Call Home quest. You don't need a lockpick to open the GRE crate, your character can do it on their own.

During the A Place to Call Home quest, you will reach the power plant in which you will have to reactivate the power supply. After connecting all the important cables, all you have to do is activate the generator. Right next to it, there is a GRE crate with an inhibitor hidden within. You won't be able to open it before plugging in the rest of the cables.
Important information. Collect this crate before activating the power plant, otherwise it may disappear.

You can easily obtain this chest. All you have to do is jump into the apartment where all the windows are either open or broken. This crate is to the left of the open balcony, which you can easily jump to by running across the map. You can easily obtain this chest. To reach this inhibitor, you first need to complete a task. At the site of the GRE anomaly, you need to kill an enemy called Revenant. It will only appear at night, from 8pm. If you arrive at the location too early and don't see the enemy, just leave the area and return after the specified time.
Killing your opponent is not complicated. This enemy is at level 1, so it shouldn't pose much of a threat, even at the start of the game. This zombie is quite mobile, often changing its position in battle and it can also summon a pack of regular enemies. It's a good idea to fight it on any sort of higher ground, e.g. on containers.
After defeating your opponent, you can open the container. It contains some resources and a GRE crate with an inhibitor. It's worth keeping in mind that zombies might enter this container and interfere with your search.

This inhibitor is hidden in the GRE Vaccine Laboratory. To access the area, you will need a lockpick. Use it on the "Authorized personnel only" door - the chest is behind it. Opening it does not require any skills or lockpicks. It contains the inhibitor - simply pick it up.

This is another inhibitor in this location (GRE Vaccine Laboratory). It is also located behind the "Authorized personnel only" door. You have to use a lockpick, this is the only way of accessing the door. However, the crate can be opened without any additional skills or equipment. All is left to do is to collect the inhibitor.

The last inhibitor in this location (GRE Vaccine Lab). To get to it, you have to open the "Authorized personnel only" door. To do this, you will have to use lockpicks again. The chest contains two inhibitors - collect them to end this activity and receive additional points.

This inhibitor can be retrieved from the airdrop on the roof of the building. You can reach this place by using either a paraglider or a grappling hook to climb the outer facade of the building and other climbable elements. You do not need a GRE key or a lockpick to open the crate.

You will find this code in an envelope on a small wooden table. You need it to open the safe where the inhibitor is hidden. The code is 313.
